A comprehensive renovation project for Billi UK's newly acquired premises in Farringdon. We were tasked with transforming the space into a modern and functional environment that encompassed a variety of tasks ranging from dilapidations to design, construction, interior enhancements and furniture supply.
Project Overview:
In January 2023, we revitalised Billi UK's Farringdon premises, formerly a Toni & Guy Hair Salon. The project involved comprehensive redesign, preservation of certain elements, and modern enhancements to align with Billi UK's vision.
Beginning with an extensive site survey, we collaborated closely with Billi UK to define their needs and goals, our in-house design team created extensive 3D rendered drawings to really help our client visualise what their new space would look like.
The ground floor was completely reimagined. We introduced a welcoming reception area, two modern display kitchens, and upgraded essential systems. New flooring, partitioning, and bespoke window displays elevated the space. Exterior repainting and a new door enhanced curb appeal.
The basement saw the creation of a versatile bar area, meeting space, and entertainment zone. Bespoke dividers facilitated privacy, and a contemporary bar and kitchen was installed. Upgraded flooring and decor unified the design.
Our design incorporated carefully placed plants which brought nature indoors, enhancing both areas with vibrant charm.
The project's success rests in the seamless blend of contemporary design with functional practicality. The revitalisation of a hair salon into a dynamic hub for Billi UK exemplifies our commitment to exceeding client expectations.
